Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in a Blank Space Studio splatter session involves physical activity, movement within the studio, exposure to paint and art materials, and the use of creative tools.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, accidental contact with paint or equipment, and other injuries that may occur while participating.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Blank Space Studio, Nivlem Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Studio Rules & Safety

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, I agree to:

• Follow all verbal and posted safety instructions.

• Remove my shoes before entering the studio experience and wear socks while participating. Non-slip socks are strongly recommended, especially for young children. Blank Space non-slip socks are available for purchase if needed.

• Wear all required protective equipment while inside the splatter room.

• Use only the materials and creative tools provided by Blank Space Studio.

• Respect staff instructions at all times.

• Remain within designated guest areas unless directed otherwise by staff.

Blank Space Studio reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or destructive behavior without refund.

4. Paint & Personal Property

I understand that:

• Paint may permanently stain clothing, shoes, jewelry, phones, watches, or other personal belongings.

• While protective gear is provided, Blank Space Studios cannot guarantee that paint will not come into contact with personal items.

• I am responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and securing my personal belongings.

Blank Space Studio is not responsible for damage to personal property.

5. Damage to Property

Guests are expected to treat the facility, equipment, artwork, and furnishings with respect.

Participants may be financially responsible for intentional or reckless damage to the property, equipment, or facilities of Blank Space Studio and Nivlem Solutions LLC.

6. Photography & Video

Blank Space Studio may photograph or record portions of the guest experience for safety, security, training, or promotional purposes.

(This is optional and will not affect participation.)

7. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have this waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

By signing below, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant(s) listed above and authorize their participation.

I agree to assume responsibility for their participation and acknowledge the risks described in this waiver.

8. Health Acknowledgment

I certify that I (and any minor participants listed) am physically able to participate in the experience.

I understand that if I have any medical condition that may affect safe participation, it is my responsibility to consult my physician before participating.

9. Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understand this waiver.

• I have had the opportunity to ask questions.

• I voluntarily agree to these terms.

• I understand that this waiver is legally binding.
